Business to Enterprise Website Design: Credit Card Fraud Detection Company (Company X)

This is an enterprise website design for Company X, a credit card fraud detection company. Their mission is to detect and resolve fraudulent issues before people have time to call them on the phone to file a case. Their advanced algorithm allows for sensitivity to fraudulent suspicions, and this website design is catered to the fraud managers who oversee a team of employees who review these cases.

*This project was a high-fidelity prototype of the enterprise website design. The focus was on the interaction design, and how closely it reflected the object-action and prioritization matrices and how the website allowed fraud managers to easily monitor incoming and outgoing cases, along with their team of employees and their performance, and how the different algorithms were categorizing cases. A key element to this enterprise web design was on data visualization: how well a large sum of data is represented in a digestible and educational manner.
