Sway is the result of my experiments with creating & animating variable typography. The general idea is that each character moves from left to right inside it's own bounding box without skewing the shape of the character. In the end I finished 26 uppercase characters for my submission for DEMO Festival.

A festival celebrating the finest motion from the finest studio’s, designers, upcoming talents and art academies from all around the world. Showcasing work for 24 hours on all 80 digital screens located in Amsterdam Central train station.DEMO is founded by Studio Dumbar (part of Dept) and Exterion Media Netherlands.
