We love websites, a lot! Besides looking at them and using them, we love making and designing them. Below are a few of the websites that we've been working on lately. Because we sometimes just love experimenting with new design techniques and web tools some of the websites here are purely experimental and as such will not be launched.
ON YER BIKE
This is one of our designer's college project entry for the International Society of Typographic Designers 2011 (ISTD 2011) competition during his tenure at Midrand Graduate Iinstitute in South Africa. He experimented with the idea of creating a purely typographic web design for a cyclist-centric app. No gradients, no lines just typography, images and a few shapes.

For one of our very dear clients we have created an online catalogue for their electronics store. It's not and does not wish to be an online store. It's just an online catalogue where customers can get prices and more information about products on special.

POLO RESTAURANT (EXPERIMENT)
One of the many things on our bucket list is to design a website for a very fancy restaurant. Well, we couldn't wait so we went right ahead and invented an imaginary fancy restaurant to design a website for. The website features a small amount of information to wet the appetite and a quick online reservation form. The rest is done face to face by Polo's army of warm-hearted employees. We love this imaginary client so far.

READER'S WEEK (EXPERIMENT)
We envisioned creating an online website that would bring an authentic book reading experience to your web browser as part of a campaign for a physical book store. The site learns the day of the week it is and offers you a sneak preview of the featured book for that day. You'll have to come back every day of the week to get that day's featured book.
