This project was created as part of the team at Design102.
The Able Programme is one of the UK Department for Education’s biggest programmes aimed at developing effective leaders. It focuses on the effect that good leadership has on the department as a whole and values the importance of leadership at every level. The Able Programme thus provides leaders with the building blocks for development.
