Libreng Sakay is a form of community service done by the UP Agricultural Economics Circle during their month-long event, AECO Month which aims to promote and publicize the event and the organization itself. The community service was also a way of giving back to the UP community by sponsoring two jeepneys which will roam around the campus and give free rides for students and faculty members.
