With this editorial project, I worked on the democratization of an existing scientific study, called "Personalized Nutrition by Prediction of Glycemic Responses" done by the Weizmann Institute of Science. I wanted to make this study easier to read and understand for the general public; to make information that is usually only read by scientists, doctors, or researchers more accessible and attractive. The vulgarization of scientific studies gives people the opportunity to self-educate and to understand topics that are normally inaccessible to them.

The study is separated into six sections, each of which has an overview of the chapter in plain English on the front page. The reader has the choice to either read each overview for a global understanding of the study or to continue reading the details by unfolding each section. Pictograms, illustrations, and graphs as well as definitions to technical scientific terms are paired with the study's original text to facilitate the lecture.
