A while back I had to opportunity to work on a Season 1 Taboo design direction for a pitch to FX networks. It was a crazy weekend and I ran to a taxidermy store for some bird feet and bones (the usual). So this was very hands on. This is what I came up with in 2 days with the aid of some caffeine.
 
The bones were painted and treated practically. The human skull, however, was actually wax. The wax was melted down and a 3d print of the FX logo was used as a stamp to the logo imprint. (I just have so many FX 3d prints lying around).
