Case Study: House of Maroti branding

Renaming and logotype design and illustrations for House of Maroti. HOM.
House of Maroti was a showroom for fashion and lifestyle brands. Beginning to promote interior brands, I suggested to change the name into HOM, easier, smaller and related to Home & Interiors.

The showroom was moving from the original house where started its activity to a local in the Eixample, so the word Home had also a meaning of personal story. The founder is originally from Dominican Republic, so mi idea was to bring together these two elements, a house and palm trees. The illustration is based in the typical wooden colorful houses of the island and the palms trees are art deco style. 
I also developed the branding: this is the invitation for the opening, below the business cards, shopping bag and the design for the brochure and postcards.
