In Kenya, the dairy industry is dominated by small scale farmer, making up to 70% of the producers. Depending on the size of the farm, the farmer may either deliver their daily milk to the processors using stainless steel (seamless) cans or if they farm is large enough, the processors may come collect the milk daily from the farm.
