This is one of my favorite Store-in-Store projects that I worked on for several months selling my concepts internally and externally and then overseeing construction. I was tasked to not just design, but draw up all schematics, elevations and specifications of every paint color, material, ceiling tile, rug, floor tile, trim, fixtures, lights, electrical outlets and speaker placements. This was initially a simple rectangular room. It was taken down to the studs and built out to my specifications. Additional angled walls added. Soffits created. Working along with a fantastic in-house construction team to attend to every detail. Every fixture, shelf, panel system, solid surface bar area was custom made. I created seven vignettes within this space and accommodated a storage area as well. The space was eventually expanded to have the SoundTouch Room (seen in the last image), adjacent this space. I even finished the space by going to Pier One and purchasing faux plants and decor elements for the glass shelving I had made. The space has proven to be highly successful in drawing customers in and converting to sales.
