Bilingual Branding Workshop Development and Hands-On Training

Developing a brand is one thing but adapting that brand to be applicable to a worldwide audience is a monumental task that requires personalized training, sensitivity and humanity. I was fortunate to be assigned to develop a two-day workshop to administer in various countries in Latin America and the Caribbean. The goal was to train local managers to better understand the organization’s brand and provide them with tools to adapt the global brand to their unique circumstances and culture. The result was an amazing experience of teaching and learning in a very organic way. Local vendors and managers where trained and shared strategies, challenges and understood how to apply the organization’s brand at a local level. It was a clear way to show how a brand when appropriately adapted can become a powerful source to motivate change. More than a bilingual training I developed, it was a profound experience of true global communication.
