Arquidiócesis de Yucatán

La Arquidiócesis de Mérida Yucatán en México requiere como institución de un logotipo e identidad de marca que la represente como a cualquier otra organización. Así fue que en 2016 nos vimos en la tarea de desarrollarle un branding que tuviera en sus características las esencias conservadoras, culturales, coloniales y versátiles que la institución representa, así como también el vanguardismo de su carácter actual.

Durante el desarrollo del isotipo, nos enfocamos en representar la mayor cantidad de elementos visuales que representan a la institución, como son: el característico mosaico de la bóveda arquitectónica de la catedral, las 12 columnas que sostienen a la misma; el cáliz y la hostia a lo hora de consagrar, la paloma del Espíritu Santo, entre otros.

The Archdiocese of Mérida Yucatán in Mexico requires as any other institution a logo and brand identity that represents it as any other organization. So it was that in 2016 we were in the task of developing a branding that had in its characteristics the conservative, cultural, colonial and versatile essences that the institution represents, as well as the avant-garde of its current character.

During the development of the isotype, we focus on representing the largest number of visual elements that represent the institution, such as: the characteristic mosaic of the architectural vault of the cathedral, the 12 columns that support it; the chalice and the host at the time of consecrating, the dove of the Holy Spirit, among others.
