Didot Inspired Posters
These posters were inspired by the Didot typeface. Didot is a typeface that is always associated with magazine titles, book titles, and it is stereotyped as elegant and luxurious, because it is a sharp, defined typeface. I wanted to create a poster that would’nt look stereotypical in its use of the font. I didnt want it to look luxurious or elegant. Instead i wanted the poster to look the exact opposite, i wanted it to look messy without changing the main characteristics of the typeface.
