My Project - "Inspiration"

I like to travel. And I have various memories from the countries I traveled to. I wanted to make it a work of art, and the first work I made was Inspiration project.

While traveling, I saw Korean cars from various countries.

Looking at the cars, I thought about the Korean car brand.

I was proud of the fact that there are "Hyundai" and "Kia" brands in Korea and that there are automobile brands in Korea.

Korean cars that I met on my favorite trip.

And I wanted to express my dream of the future that I imagined while looking at the cars.

This project is a project created by combining my favorite cars and works. One of my artistic goals is to combine my artworks into my favorite things.

Whenever I travel, I draw what I imagine with a sketchbook.

Title - Face

In 2018, I traveled to America with my fellow artists & my girl friend.

It contains good memories because I was able to experience various people and places.

I went to the United States for exhibitions and seminars with Korean artists.

There I looked at the American scene and people from the perspective of the artist, and I was able to experience the diversity of United States.

The United States where various people live together.
From that experience I painted what I felt.
The artwork is "face".

And, I thought that this artwork, "Face", would go well with Kia Motor "Telluride".

Title - Love

This is a artwork that shows the meaning of the family and the dream car that I love.

This is Stinger from Kia, which I saw when I went on a trip with my beloved wife.

This work is for my wife and always gives me energy and is like light.

I wanted to keep the memories I felt while traveling with her, and it's like a diary that records our past journeys.

I wanted to make a work using my own expression of memories with her.

Dreaming of the future with the loved one, I thought it would go well with Kia's "Stinger."

Title - Mother

It is a work that expresses the journey by visiting the mother of a friend living in the United States.

"Mother" is a work that expresses the mother of an American friend, and the places and memories that passed by in search of his family.

This is a work that I drew because I wanted to express my mother's warm heart.

In particular, our friend's mother welcomed us warmly and made us delicious food.

I wanted to give you the appreciation of that time as a gift, so I made this work.

My friend's car was Hyundai Motor's KONA, so I thought it would go well with the work.

Title - Inspiration

It is a work that records "inspiration" from the trip.

This is the Palisade I experienced when I traveled with my family in Korea.

It is a large SUV of the Hyundai Motor brand, and the family car has also gained sensational popularity since the first generation.

It is a car that can contain memories that allowed you to travel with your family, and Hyundai's Palisade and Kia's Telluride are brother-like vehicles. The two had the same platform and had different designs, and because the specifications were the same model, they were called brothers' vehicles.

"Palisade" provides people with relaxation based on a large space.
If I had a child in the future, I would like to travel together in a car with such a comfortable space.

When I go on a comfortable trip, I think of the Pelisade.
And I expressed it because I thought I could "imagine" it naturally and express it in various ways.
