Description of the project:- Improving the experience of the fitness app. For this project one fitness app here "Notify and Fitness" was chosen to improve its user experience.
Role:- UX researcher and UX/UI designer
Goals:- To improve experience of the app.
1. To identify the challenges app is facing.
2. To identify what the customer wants and needs (secondary qualitative exploratory research work.)
3. To identify the gap between the service offered and customer requirements.
4. Redesigning the app.
5. Instill gamification features in experience of the app.
