The production of extra virgin olive oil Chiodi begins in the early 1950s and since then the production of the mill has remained tied to the same methods and production principles: first cold pressing of healthy olives picked and selected exclusively by hand, slow processing of the raw material.
The olive tree thus gives a quality extra virgin olive oil, genuine and healthy, delicious on the palate, which maintains all the qualities of its fruit: delicate and complex aromas, fruity, alluring and characteristic flavors, intense colors and reflections, ranging from gold to the intense green.
For the past few years, the Frantoio Chiodi has opened to international competitions, obtaining great satisfaction with the Award of the XVI contest "Les Huiles du Monde" AVPA Paris 2018 (Gourmet Argent section) with the extra virgin olive oil "The precious, monovarietal Mignola", and the medal of the XV National Monovarietal Oil Exhibition, with "Il Prezioso, monovarietal Ascolana Tenera", classified as an Oil of Excellence.

The Chiodi family also offers hospitality at the Tenuta Belvedere farmhouse immersed in the nature of the Marche region. The farmhouse is located in a hilly area from which it is possible to see a spectacular panorama from the Apennine mountains to the beautiful Adriatic coasts.

Taking advantage of the element common to the previous brands (the olive tree and the olive branch)
I chose to use the tree as a symbol for both companies: both the mill and the farm are immersed
in vast areas planted with olive groves.
