Ux Design Concepts : Rendezvous Research
The benefit of a design concept is to present potential business opportunities in a way that stimulates feedback and discussion.

These concepts illustrate the potential design implications of a diary study of rendezvousing.  Around 40 adults described how they used their mobile phones to meet up with friends and family.  Various findings emerged.  For example, 25-40 year olds were more likely than 18-25 yr olds, to claim they were late meeting up, because they attempted to squeeze impromptu tasks into tightly packed daily schedules.

How might 25-40yr olds squeeze in even more into their lives?
Figure 1. Some participants said that a good time to be reminded of a little task they should do is when they leave work.  This reminder is triggered by logging off.
Figure 2.  Other participants said that a good time to be reminded of little tasks is as they entered certain locations.  This sequence of images shows naming, defining and receiving a location-based reminder.
