In January-February of 2012, me and Dixon painted all the corridor of a hotel floor in Barcelona (Hotel Vincci Bit) . All the 7 floors, the hallway and the exterior façade have been painted by several artists from several countries: Alex Trochut (Spain), Vasco Mourao (Portugal), Matt Moore (USA),Yoshi Sislay(Japan), Brosmind(Spain), Aleix Gordo Hostau (Spain) y Dixon (Canada), Marta Cerdà(Spain), Dopludo Collective (Russia),Christian Gastaldi (Italy) y Lorenzo Petrantoni (Italy).
Size of the mural: 97×2,2m (213,4m2).
Technique: Acrylic paint, spray paint and paint pens on wall.

En Enero-Febrero del 2012 yo y Dixon pintamos todo el pasillo de un hotel en Barcelona (Hotel Vincci Bit). Las siete plantas, el hall y la fachada exterior del hotel han sido pintadas/decoradas por varios artistas de varias nacionalidades: Alex Trochut (España), Vasco Mourao(Portugal), Matt Moore (EUA),Yoshi Sislay (Japón), Brosmind (España), Aleix Gordo Hostau (España) y Dixon (Canadá), Marta Cerdà(España), Dopludo Collective (Rusia), Christian Gastaldi (Italia) y Lorenzo Petrantoni (Italia).

Por todo lo que está pasando en el mundo, en Europa, en nuestro país... y nadie parece tener más que un mono tocando los platillos en la cabeza. ¿Es que nadie va a reaccionar?

Técnica: pintura en spray sobre conglomerado.
Por todo lo que está pasando en el mundo, en Europa, en nuestro país... y nadie parece tener más que un mono tocando los platillos en la cabeza. ¿Es que nadie va a reaccionar?
Vincci Hotels and Beriestain interior design gave me two more murals on commission on two halls that connect the parking to the elevators that take customers to other plants of the hotel.
This time they wanted something more urban and typographic so I made a sort of wild style, very old school, with the phrase “Have a nice day” in the first one and something more street, with the word “Welcome” in the second. As I couldn’t use spray cans because of the enclosed space, I had to use markers and acrylic paint.

Vincci Hoteles y Beriestain Interiores me han encargado dos murales para dos vestíbulos que conectan los parkings y los ascensores que llevan a los clientes al resto de plantas del hotel.
Esta vez querían que se sugiriera algo urbano y tipográfico así que realicé una especie de wild stylemuy old school con la frase “Have a nice day” en el primero y algo mucho más callejero, con la palabra “Welcome”, en el segundo. Como no se podía usar spray por lo cerrado del lugar tuve que hacerlo a rotulador y pintura acrílica.
