The story “The Odyssey” is about Odysseus sailing home after the Trojan war. Before he sails, he angers Poseidon who makes him seal for about 20 years in the Mediterranean sea where he hit obstacles that slow him down. The concept of the maze is that the person must navigate through it where they will hit dead ends and have to go back where they started in order to find the right path to the exit. The book cover shows Odysseus’s ship where he has to navigate through the maze where he will hit dead ends and have to find other ways to get home to Ithaca.
