    A bench from a water heater
  • This project is based on the process of up-cycling. Through the process of up-cycling, the material that is usually thought of as waste ends up being used with a different function and purpose in order to increase the life of the material.

    79°C bench is made from an old cylindrical, metallic water heater and two old wooden chairs. The cylindrical geometry of the water heater creates the main volume of the bench and the only parts from the chairs that were used are the legs.
