This interior project improves and expands the quality and use of common spaces in an existing seniors residence. 

To appeal to both residents and (younger) non-resident participants in group activities like courses, meetups and cooking, a new atmosphere was established: less care home, more open and welcoming. Common rooms were redesigned with more color and varied seating areas. The entrance, with adjacent hallways and small multipurpose meeting rooms was opened up to the front and the rear of the building creating a much lighter and more legible space.
