Meglisalp is a beautiful little mountain village located at 1517m in the Swiss Alpstein mountain range - firstly historically mentioned in the year 1071.
Everything they needed to built those tiny houses and the church had to be carried by foot and cattle up towards the scenic place above lake Seealpsee down in the valley.
Nowadays it still seems like one is able to travel back in time while exploring the region, as if the village hold its own charm.
