Mobile applications include employees/workers to view specific tasks dispached to them. It includes creating adhoc job, shift start and shift end, break start and break end, travel start and travel end with current gps location and submitting other timesheet related information using mobile device to online database. The applications includes store and farword functionality (offline & online timesheet entry). It also includes synchronize data process with online server.

Mobile applications enables employees/workers to view current day timesheet, start, suspend, resume and complete related tasks and attached photos from field. Disgard related tasks with detailed comments. It includes past, present and future task listings and management with detail status like awaiting, started, paused. Online/offline job searching and viewing. It includes alerts and notifications (SMS, Email) that keep employees/workers updated about dispaches and administrators informed about task is viewed.

It includes different types of alerts and messaging capabilities which allows messages to be sent from administrators/managers via web to individual or groups of workers in the fields. It also includes approval or disapproval of timesheet, overtime and tasks.
