Taking into account the word ‘Frozen’, my collage is further inspired by the BBC documentary ‘Frozen Planet’. While watching this series, I became deeply interested in one of the most exquisite creatures highlighted in the programme, the polar bear (Ursus maritimus). In recent studies, polar bears have said to be endangered and therefore I have created an abstract representation of the life of a lonely but chirpy polar bear, surviving in a geometric Arctic world, January 2013.
