NikeId: Portrait was a collaborative project that was recently awarded 2013 Best of Year by the D&AD Awards. We created an app that allows you to create custom shoes directly from your Instagram photos by selecting exact colors from the image itself.
We then chose a handful of the most influential creative directors that have helped develop the Nike
brand, stalked their social media profiles and created shoes for them using their photos. The campaign
was documented in a video.
