Digital Fusion Magazine

Digital Fusion was a site which I built with a friend of mine (Who we shall call Matt), intially it was meant to just be a blogging platform but as we were building it, we got excitable and it's scope expanded into a technology magazine. Matt designed the site and built the HTML/CSS and I build a custom PHP CMS around it.

The site has been a little neglected for the past few years as other commitements took our time but in it's heydey we had articles reposted on Lifehacker and Smashing magazine and even thoght the site has not been updated in a few years, we still get over 100 visitors a week.

Just lately I have decided to ressurect Digital Fusion (albeit without Matt), the site will be be rebuilt from the ground-up with a brand-new design and a more industry recognised CMS (Probably wordpress or Drupal)
Obviously, the work did not stop once the site was launched, we wrote a large number of articles each, covering various topics related to the digital industry. In order to ensure the highest quality we could we both peer-reviewed each other articles to sense/fact-check them and also to edit any potential issues. We found Google Wave (RIP) tremendously useful for this.
