Jericho Gate Real Estate Investment Company; a subsidiary of Arkaan Real Estate Company was established in 2011 with a paid-in capital of JOD 35 million. The Company is currently developing Jericho Gate project; one of the biggest real estate projects in Palestine; located in Jericho City with a total project area of more than 3 million sqm. The project is being developed with an integrated and innovative infrastructural network that enriches its urban design, making it suitable for the vast variety of its components such as residential, commercial, recreational and cultural, as well as green areas and public services.

Jericho Gate project intends to promote sustainable strategic development through investing in varying sectors. Once complete, it will consist of 1,400 villas, 7 shopping centers and the biggest water park in Palestine, in addition to the Jericho Gate tower; which will be a unique real estate landmark in Palestine.

Concept Approach

Inspired from the local riches of the Jericho area and by the amazes of the Jericho Gate project and the awaited prosperity it promises to bring to the area and the people as well, this logo sums-up what Jericho Gate is all about: Water, Greenery, People

The color scheme developed for this design matches the three-component approach. We have chosen colors that are light & pleasant to communicate the entertainment aspect of the Jericho Gate Project.

In addition to a logo written in modern Arabic and English script. Add colorful colors to create a lively and cheerful atmosphere. A bold logo was also added to highlight the Jericho Gate and leave a distinctive imprint everywhere for the user and patient. Written in a way that connects to the new identity to maintain a consistent brand. All together to build a strong, distinctive and great logo.
