An undergraduate design project.  After researching affordable housing in the United States and seeing the need for it in Syracuse, New York, a real-life site was selected.  The site is in the Lakefront and Washington Square areas of greater Syracuse, selected for its proximity to job opportunities, transportation and a regional market.  The focus of the project was to create affordable housing that was also sustainable and modular.
