I recently took part in a design challenge by Zomato where the challenge was to design a Careers page for their target candidates, which is easily comprehensible and speaks Zomato.
The Challenge
Great people make great organisations. A well-designed, informative and appealing careers page is key to connecting with the right candidates.
Design a webpage that should:
• Help candidates find and apply for the right roles, in their chosen location
• Give visibility on the hiring process
• Showcase the experience, environment and culture effectively. Give candidates a taste of what’s it like to work at Zomato by glancing through the Careers page.
