Signage and interior graphics were designed for the offices and the library at
the Royal College of Nursing. Abstract DNA patterns were used to represent the
idea of life, linking to the definition that nursing provides care for people to achieve
the best possible quality of life.

Wall graphics were developed using layered icons to highlight various aspects
of the organisation. For example one wall depicts nursing lamps throughout the ages linking to the RCN’s history and latin motto “Tradimus Lampada” - “We hand on the torch"

Clear, accessible signage was designed with the equality act in mind to guide staff and visitors throughout the building with ease. Greens and blues were used to give a professional feel and also to represent the medical side of the organisation.
