Inspiration for the stole was drawn from the local artform and the artists.Where the colour,forms and its people inspired me to carry forward this artform in my product without losing its essence.
Technique used : Folding technique, Clamping to create the pattern and then Dyeing.
The stole is divided into two varied patterns.As one segment of the stole holds diamond shaped forms.The diamond shaped forms has been achieved through clamping technique.
And the other segment of the stole holds lines and check patterns which have been achieved through folding and tying technique.And then dyed in the color palette extracted form
