Snort'n Nort'n Hot Sauce

This horses name is Nort'n and he is snort'n from the heat of a very hot pepper that he mistook for a sweet pepper.  He just can't stop snorting steam, but that is fine with him  because he LOVES HOT SAUCE!

This cool label is marketed toward women of all ages that also like hot sauce, but men just can't resist the heat and flavor of this great hot sauce.

The first logo is the final version that I chose for my hot sauce logo that was created in Adobe Illustration.  After making a sketch my own, and scanned it into Adobe Illustrator as a vector image, I began to clean up the image.  I then created many comps of the logo to find what pleased the eye.  The next six comps include many variations.  The two images include a mocked up image of the logo on a white van and on a gray t-shirt.  The image of the logo is a CMYK  at 300 dpi in Black and Red.  No white was used in an additonal color.  This saves in cost to process.

Mock Up #1 - Shows Circle around whole image and includes all red type.
Mock Up #2 - An illusion of a circle.  All type in red.
Mock Up #3 - Shows the horse with a short hair cut.
Mock Up #4 - One version of horse blowing steam and town and state in black.
Final Version:  Used both black and red type with a different steam coming from the horses nose.
