The issue
VLH Group has acquired Le Telfair Hotel.
The aim is to run it as a Heritage hotel, the Group’s
up-market brand operating until then only one hotel.
The role of the agency
Creation of an umbrella brand: Heritage Resorts - Up-market brand with international prospects. Devising strategies for the brand, brand architecture, the identities, the communication and its 4 sub-entities: Heritage Awali, Heritage Le Telfair, Heritage The Villas and Heritage Golf Course. Creation of collaterals and communication tools.
Creation of a valid brand experience.
