This project has been developed for a young couple with a child who are keen on fashion, music, and contemporary art. The apartment takes up a two-level space of 100 sq.m.

The lower floor combines the living area, kitchen, and a guest bathroom. Upstairs, the family will enjoy their master bedroom with a wardrobe, a kid`s room, and a bathroom. Such a planning solution provides a comfortable division into isolated ‘day’ and ‘night’ zones.
As the apartment owner is passionate about music, we have created a rack and a drawer unit for his vinyl collection, which numbers about 3000 copies. Another musical highlight of the living room is an electric piano near the window paired with a purple Mustache chair and the artwork by Françoise Oz, an Odesa-based artist.
The fully-equipped kitchen with oak wooden fronts and a black quartz countertop will bring joy to the cooking experience.
In addition, we have designed a shelving system that graphically stands out in front of the pink glass backdrop for extra storage.
The first-floor bathroom is made in vibrant colors to wow the guests. The main accent here is the unplastered wall from concrete blocks and the floor in a warm pink shade.
Hot-rolled metal stairs will lead you to the second floor. Under the stairs, there is a shoe rack and a wardrobe for outerwear.
The artwork by Oleksii Kondakov emphasizes the second-floor hall illuminated with Flos String architectural lamps.
The bedrooms are compactly designed and dedicated only to sleeping, as the main family activities occur downstairs.

The master bedroom has a small walk-in closet. Also, there is a built-in metal shelf for the second turntable, as the music has to accompany the apartment owners everywhere. Above the headboard, there is a colorful abstract artwork by Stepan Riabchenko.
We have designed a funny cabinet and metal shelves for storing toys on purpose for this kid's room. The 'plus and minus' pattern on the walls continues the motif of the handles on the cabinet.
The bathroom area is tiled with gradient concrete panels for setting some rawness. As an additional light solution, we have decided to use violet neon, which creates a funky evening ambiance in the bathroom.
