住范儿是一家专注硬装的公司,致力于为一线城市消费群体打造颜值与功能俱佳的居住空间,让消费者轻松装出更美的家。住范儿业务涵盖新房装修、旧房翻新,可以提供整装套餐和局装服务项目。住范儿希望可以用“高颜值、强功能、优品质”的标准化产品破解传统企业的价格乱象,用标准化的装修流程服务模式,去规范从业人员的行为,为用户提供品质化、透明化的装修服务。迄今为止,住范儿已经开拓了北京、上海、昆山等区域城市,为超过3000个家庭提供一站式家装服务。接触到用户的时候发现团队就连领导层都是非常年轻的一群人,经过两轮沟通,并且做了一些视觉测试以后,了解到客户对于视觉的需求是现代的,年轻却不轻浮的,变化的,多样的,所以我们根据家和空间为基础,延伸出来一系列丰富的视觉设计

Zhufaner is a company focused on hard-fitting, dedicated to creating a beautiful and functional living space for the first-tier urban consumer groups, so that consumers can easily pretend to be more beautiful home. Living model business covers new house decoration, old house renovation, can provide a complete set of meals and bureau services. Zhufaner hopes to break the price chaos of traditional enterprises with standardized products of "high face value, strong function and high quality", and to standardize the behavior of employees with standardized service mode of decoration process, so as to provide users with quality and transparent decoration services. So far, Zhufaner has opened up Beijing, Shanghai, Kunshan and other regional cities to provide one-stop home decoration services for more than 3,000 families. When we reach the users, we find that the team is a very young group of people, even the leadership. After two rounds of communication and some visual tests, we understand that the customer's visual needs are modern, young but not frivolous, changeable and diverse, so we extend a series of rich visual design based on home and space.

住范儿是一个线上线下相结合的公司,它有标准化的一面,也有多样化的一面。
住范儿的企业标准形象基础是要存在的,logo的房子图形作为基础识别元素,需要有一定的空间和机会反复的重复和出现,在办公用品和商务场景中可以反复的运用,以强调企业形象。并且在一些印刷成本和数量限制的情况下,无无法做到变化的,所以需要对其进行一定的标准化定义。然而仅仅是基础使用方式是完全不够的,住范儿有阅读量巨大的公众号,住范儿有精美的空间展会,住范儿有天猫店铺,住范儿也是一个会玩的互联网公司,所以在视觉系统中必须设计充分的变量和丰富的元素空间,让品牌焕发出旺盛的生命力,绝对不让VI因为过于死板而过早地变质。

Zhufaner's corporate standard image is based on the existence of logo house graphics as a basic identification element, need to have a certain space and opportunity to repeat and appear repeatedly, in office supplies and business scenarios can be repeatedly used to emphasize the corporate image. And in some cases of printing cost and quantity limitation, no change can be achieved, so it is necessary to standardize its definition.However, it is not enough just to use the basic way. Zhufaner has a huge number of public numbers to read, also has exquisite space exhibition, and a tmall shop, Zhufaner is also a playful Internet company. Therefore, in the visual system, we must design sufficient variables and rich element space to make the brand glow vigorous vitality, Never let VI deteriorate prematurely because it is too rigid.



不同的版式中,LOGO和辅助形会有不同的侧重排列方式
1.重排版及文字内容较多的情况下,推荐Option 1,用单LOGO压住版面(LOGO可以选择黑色);
2.版式相对简单的情况下,推荐Option 2,用房屋形状色块来增加画面的形式感;
3.无文字或文字极少的情况下,推荐用纯蓝色或者纯白色的Option 3来控制画面,保证版面干净整洁。
4.同一文件中需要较多版式或图片以区分功能用途的,推荐用Option 4,蓝色块可以有效划分。
补充说明:展会空间,推荐有一面墙使用Option 2填充,增加品牌的直观形式感。

2. In the case of relatively simple layout, Option 2 is recommended to increase the form sense of the picture by building shape and color blocks.
3. If there is no text or very little text, it is recommended to use pure blue or pure white Option 3 to control the screen to ensure that the layout is clean and tidy.
4. If more formats or pictures are needed in the same file to distinguish functional purposes, Option 4 is recommended. Blue blocks can be effectively divided.
Supplementary Notes: In the exhibition space, it is recommended that a wall be filled with Option 2 to enhance the brand's visual sense of form.



如之前所提到的,仅仅是基础使用方式是完全不够的,住范儿有阅读量巨大的公众号,住范儿有精美的空间展会,住范儿有天猫店铺,住范儿也是一个会玩的互联网公司,所以在视觉系统中必须设计充分的变量和丰富的元素空间,让品牌焕发出旺盛的生命力,绝对不让VI因为过于死板而过早地变质。在这个部分,我们将二维的集合图形变换成三维空间,增加图形的变化属性,在这个空间里可以融入色彩、主题、节日等,让品牌拥有很大的创作空间,保证品牌持续前进的生命力。

Therefore, in the visual system, we must design sufficient variables and abundant element space to make the brand glow vigorous vitality, absolutely. Don't let VI deteriorate prematurely because it is too rigid. In this part, we will transform the two-dimensional set graphics into three-dimensional space, increase the changing attributes of graphics, in this space can be integrated into color, theme, festivals, so that the brand has a lot of creative space, to ensure the vitality of the sustained progress of the brand.
也考虑过在房子图形里,增加色彩、纹理、图案的变化,来达到丰富的变化。但是终归限制非常大,而且手法非常老套,更难适用于多变的市场需求。
所以我们在基础形状的前方放置了一个变化的五边形,和房子图形相互连接形成一个空间,空间的变化属性就非常多,相比较二维图形,多了一个纬度。不仅色彩纹理可以变化,空间的结构也可以变化,可以放置家居家具元素,让空间形成家的感觉,不同的空间风格形成不同的画面,从而呼应品牌主张:装出更美的家

So we put a changing Pentagon in front of the basic shape, and connect it with the house graphics to form a space. The changing attributes of the space are very many. Compared with the two-dimensional graphics, there is an extra latitude. Not only the color texture can be changed, but also the space structure can be changed. Home furniture elements can be placed to make the space feel like home. Different space styles can form different pictures, which echoes the brand's proposition: to make a more beautiful home.
