Darwaaza- hand-crafted jewelery, was developed during my work period with Varnam Craft collective, is a social enterprise working with Channapatna wood turning Crafts.
This collection is a beautiful fusion of two different traditional crafts of Karnataka, Channapatna and bidriware ie silver inlay on black metal. The Inspiration for the design came from the stories from the bidar fort and its darwaazas.
