Project Bio:
This is the first of three projects titled "Yesterday", "Today", and "Tomorrow". The concept behind this project is that people, including me, struggle with body image, personal problems and regular road blocks that keep them from being the best that they can be. This piece, titled "Yesterday", is about the first stage dealing with something difficult. This could be anything from having an eating disorder, having a bad break up, abusing drugs, having family problems, or anything else that could be problematic. In my opinion, there are three parts that deal with these problems. This series of 10 pictures represents the secrecy of the problem or struggle. One hides whatever the problem is because one does not want other people to know or one does not want to talk about the problem and instead shuts down.
