A Korean Odyssey Movie Poster Set
A Korean Odyssey is a South Korean fantasy drama that includes romantic comedy and horror. Starring Lee Seung-gi, Oh Yeon-seo, and Cha Seung-won, the feature was written by the Hong Sisters, and based off of the Chinese classic novel Journey to the West.
This project was to create a set of movie posters for the actors of a current or recent film/show. The shown background of varying clouds was to emphasize the hierarchy of the actors' roles, paired with the accentuation of a golden title.
With Yeon-seo's role as the important female lead, she is centered among the three and given a lighter background.
Seung-gi has a partial shadow cast across his face. This may give away some skepticism of his intentions within the film.
Yeon-seo has a lighter atmosphere, providing the idea that she has a more innocent or saving role.
Seung-won's appearance shows more shadow cast over his figure, providing the notion that his role may include more scheming than Seung-gi's.
