The booklet on “Conflict Management” should serve as a daily awareness raiser and remind us to resolve conflicts peacefully. We should try to find compromises: We gain something, but we also have to give something. Or, if possible, we should pursue a win-win solution through cooperation – definitely the smartest way to manage conflicts.
