For an annual convention I art directed the signage, print materials, social graphics, as well as the photography used in all materials. Rather than use stock photography, I had a professional photography come to the office and photograph our employees and we used their photos throughout. The theme of the convention was "One" and the concept was to promote the idea that we are all different but we are all one, we are family. It made the most sense to utilize and lift up our internal family to convey that concept, be more authentic with our message, as well as to improve morale internally.
