Brief:
The iCart, a revolutionary intelligent in-house logistics solution, is attracting interest from an increasing number of organisations in a wide range of market sectors.
 
A significant part of our growth will come from a select number of iCart Technology Partners who work with us to offer associated products or provide systems integration skills in particular market sectors. We are delighted to offer you the opportunity to become an iCart Technology Partner subject to the completion and assessment of a design proposal that will demonstrate your capabilities.
 
Your design problem set will require you to develop a product integration solution:
A system that is predominately based on iCarts to provide a complete integrated solution for use with the Pally.  This solution should allow operational aims to be achieved making use of the features of both products.
 
Learning outcomes:
In direct relation to the module descriptor, upon successful completion of this brief the student will be able to:
Demonstrate the ability to identify, analyse and synthesise information relating to information contained in a design brief and therefore obtain relevant information from a variety of sources.
Demonstrate a creative and innovative ability in the interaction of engineering principles, through the synthesis of holistic design concepts in fulfilment of the design brief, particularly with regards to market, engineering and production criteria.
