The National Weather Service Mobile Application
The National Weather Service is one of the most accurate weather providers with some of the most extensive data available. They are the ones who will issue weather watches and warnings, and distribute safety videos for everyone. Yet, hardly anyone takes advantage of their service, and I believe that has a lot to do with them not having any type of mobile application. With ever-increasing amounts of people using their phones to access the internet, it is imperative to have an application — or at least a mobile-friendly website. They have neither. So here's a mobile application prototype geared entirely to the unique information and data the National Weather Service has to offer.
