Marketing book for a luxury housing project
Product Overview:
Terraced Apartment complex in a prime location in Bangalore with each apartment at the cost of 6.5-7.5 cr.
Done while interning with Rezonant Designs in Bangalore,
The book was divided into different sections, each section highlighting various top-end features of the apartments
For each exclusive feature of 77º Sky, I designed a graphic that highlighted an interesting statistic that came from interviews with various High Net worth Individuals (HNI's).
The book also included marked plans and detailed descriptions of the various apartment types.
This project was interesting because of the sheer amount of detailing and iterations that went into it. The concept, copy and visuals each went through extensive processes to get them to where they are. It was also fascinating to design for audiences in the luxury segment.
To my extreme excitement, the 77º Sky book won a bronze in the Big Bang Awards!
