Squid Brooch made out of 0.925 silver.
This project consisted in making a piece of jewelry with the technique of lost wax casting. For this, a wax model of a squid was made and its respective micro-casting process was done.
A patina was applied to the silver (ammonia and sulphur of acid) to give an aged effect and a steel needle was used for the clasp mechanism.
