CINELLI ALTEREVO Concept

I've been wanting to do this for a while. Here's a concept design stem, based on the original Alter and Integralter stems by Cinelli. I called it Alterevo, and this one is upgraded for 1 1/8 fork and 31,8 handlebars. Cnc'd aluminum I guess.. would it hold the forces??
