Rubbery is my first experiment to design a Latin typeface which has not only friendly character but clear and simple skeleton.  The idea behind Rubbery was came from rubber ring, a versatile and flexible tool in our daily life, can also be used in lots of games like jump and skip, and I try to tag these personalities onto my first typeface. Rubbery started out with geometric shapes but added rounded corner to escape the coldness. Rubbery’s joint is designed to imitate the twisted rubber ring, that looks like an inktrap to increase the legibility in small size.
