Rebranding KRISP from start to finish—and launching it in the heart of Orange County, CA.
ABOUT THE COMPANY
Located in Irvine, CA, KRISP Fresh Living is passionate about bringing a fresh lifestyle to Orange County. Their popularity first started back in 2014 with their organic, cold-pressed juices and superfood bowls + smoothies. Since their rebrand and launch of the new location in 2017, their menu has expanded to offering a wide variety of premium coffee, gourmet juices, and freshly prepared foods.
ROLE: CREATIVE DIRECTOR, HEAD GRAPHIC DESIGNER
I first joined the KRISP team back in 2014 when they were just starting out.
As their first full-time design/creative hire, I wore many hats during the early stages of the blooming company. My main role as the head graphic designer meant that I was responsible for creating all assets for print, web, and social media. I did everything required to create those assets, whether that meant being the social media coordinator, or setting up photoshoots for our campaigns and being the photographer for those shoots.
When the time came for a major rebrand of the company, I played a much larger role as Creative Director and led the vision from start to finish.
THE ASSETS
Below are a few examples of the visuals I was responsible for. At the beginning, KRISP's brand guidelines were not defined. As I gained more experience throughout my time with the company, the more structured the brand became. During the last 6 months of my time at KRISP, the company decided to close down their Newport store to completely rebrand and launch with a new store in Irvine.
I still keep in contact with the owners and am happy to say that business is booming! 🌻
