MUI (UX/UI Design)
MUI se trata de un modelo urbano interactivo que tiene como objetivo redefinir algunas conductas de comunicación e interacción del público con la ciudad. En este caso, fue pensado para Aeropuertos de Argentina. Se plantearon 3 tipos de usuarios: el que llega al aeropuerto, el que se está yendo y, por último, el que realiza una escala.
Se trabajo en conjunto con un diseñador industrial. En primer lugar planteamos como iba a ser el módulo en si, desde su forma, tamaño, materialidad, donde iban a estar las pantallas para interactuar, hasta donde iba a estar implantado dentro de los aeropuertos. En segundo lugar, se llevó a cabo el diseño de la interfaz, pensando en la interacción del usuario, de acuerdo al tipo de usuario que iba a estar interactuando con el módulo.
MUI is about an urban interactive model with the objective of re-defining communication and interaction of the users with the city. In this case, it was thought for Airports in Argentina. Three different type of users where taken into account: the one arriving to the airport, the one leaving somewhere else, and the one spending time in the airport because of a layover or a delayed flight.
We work together with an Industrial Designer. In first place, we had to defined how the model was going to be including its form, size, materials, where the screens to interact were going to be placed and where in the airport they should be placed. In second place, we designed the interface taking into account the interaction of the different types of users so that it could be adjust depending on that to make it a more personal experience.
