Brief: TV 2 Zebra is the sixth largest TV channel in Norway. The channel now wants further growth by focusing on sports and entertainment aimed at a male audience. TV 2 Zebra wants a new channel profile and attention through public relations and advertising.
Client: TV 2 Zebra
Target audience: Men described as adventurous, sporty, humorous and seek excitement. They have a girlfriend, wife or partner, and possibly children. They are looking for an escape from everyday life, where they can relax and be men.

Communication goal: Our main aim is to make TV 2 Escape known as a quality entertainment channel
Men. We want to generate new and faithful viewers.
Solution: We have created a common thread between profile and concept by creating a masculine expression and giving the channel a new name. We have crated a number of PR- stunts that will give the new
channel profile attention from the target audience. In addition we have planed a commercial film.

Shutdown stunt
Men often have to watch TV shows intended for a female audience. We have created something called a shutdown stunt. In the middle of programs for women the broadcast is interrupted and the logo of TV 2 Escape appears. This is followed by a text saying what is being broadcasted on TV 2 Escape right now.
