It is the name of a small village north of Tel Aviv and a new Israeli restaurant in Bairro Alto, that promises
to be the talk of the town. Elad and Itamar are responsible for a cuisine that joins influences from North Africa,
Middle East and Southern Europe, but that does not end with hummus. They have, for example, a section
of the menu dedicated to shakshuka (the typical dish eaten by the Israelites in the morning), have a series
of pitas, with homemade bread made in a wood oven and various snacks.
